4. Driver Applications and Qualification Information

Information submitted through a Driver Application is used for recruiting and qualification purposes. Submitting an application does not guarantee a position, onboarding, a specific route, pay level, schedule, or other working terms.

If NODIR later obtains a background report, consumer report, MVR, PSP report, or similar third-party screening report where a separate disclosure or authorization is required by law, that disclosure and authorization should be provided separately from the website application and this Privacy Policy.

5. SMS and Communication Consent

If you provide a mobile number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, NODIR may send recruiting and application-related SMS messages based on the consent you provide. These messages may include application updates, interview or call scheduling, qualification follow-ups, document reminders, status updates, and information about relevant driver opportunities.

  • If a separate marketing SMS consent option is offered and you select it, NODIR may also send promotional or marketing messages consistent with that consent.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of submitting a driver application.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as necessary to provide messaging, CRM, hosting, customer support, or related services on NODIR’s behalf.

We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary with:
