These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nodirtrucking.com and any website pages, forms, communications, or online features that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by NODIR Trucking Corporation (“NODIR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about NODIR, its trucking operations, driver opportunities, equipment, company information, and ways to contact or apply to work with NODIR. The Site is informational and recruiting-oriented and may be updated at any time.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. If you submit a driver application, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of providing the requested information. Specific driver opportunities may be subject to additional age, licensing, insurance, safety, work-authorization, and experience requirements.
3. Driver Applications
When submitting a Driver Application or other recruiting form, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. NODIR may contact you to clarify, verify, or request additional information.
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, independent-contractor relationship, offer, promise, or guarantee. It does not guarantee onboarding, a specific truck, route, schedule, pay level, home time, freight volume, or continued availability of any position.
Any final working relationship and its terms are governed by the documents and agreements separately provided and accepted by the parties, not by general statements on the Site.
4. Background Checks and Screening
NODIR may require driver qualification, safety, insurance, MVR, background, PSP, or other screening as part of the recruiting or onboarding process. Where a consumer report or other screening requires a separate notice, disclosure, or written authorization under applicable law, NODIR will use a separate process for that purpose. Submitting the website application alone is not intended to serve as a blanket authorization for a third-party consumer report.
5. SMS Terms and Conditions
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from NODIR through a website form or another consent method, you agree to receive text messages consistent with the consent you provided. Messages may include recruiting updates, application status, call or interview scheduling, qualification follow-ups, document reminders, onboarding information, and other driver-opportunity communications.

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Reply HELP for assistance or email info@nodirtrucking.com.
- Consent to marketing SMS, if offered, is optional and not a condition of applying.
- Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. It may be processed by service providers that help NODIR deliver messages or manage applicant communications.
6. Information About Pay, Routes, Equipment, and Openings
Website content may describe current or recent driver opportunities, regional routes, equipment, pay structures, benefits, support, or operating conditions. Such information is general and may change based on business needs, freight availability, insurance, safety requirements, equipment availability, applicant qualifications, or other operational factors.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Site content is not a guarantee of earnings, gross revenue, miles, routes, home time, truck assignment, work schedule, bonus, or continued work. Confirm current terms directly with an authorized NODIR representative before making decisions based on Site content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Submit false information or impersonate another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, systems, or data.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or other technology that may disrupt the Site.
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content in a way that violates applicable law or NODIR’s rights.
- Interfere with Site security, availability, or normal operation.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, layouts, and other content, is owned by or licensed to NODIR and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, informational, and application purposes only. No other license is granted unless NODIR gives written permission.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including communication, form, map, social-media, analytics, or recruiting tools. NODIR does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
10. Site Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NODIR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
